Age of Empires II: The Age of Kings covers the post-Roman Middle Ages--the Conquerors add-on provided the conquistadors and Attila the Hun.
These Microsoft games are a tour de force of exploration, organisation and, of course, battle campaigns. Along the way your population must construct buildings and boats, and learn to trade and make technological advances. Manuals for all four games are included, plus fold-out charts with wonderful artwork of the tools, weapons and personnel at your disposal ("I'll take an onager, some fervour and a brace of heavy camels today, please").

I had Age of Empires 1 and 2 before but I lost it along time ago then when I saw the collectors edition I thought I may as well buy them again. I've been spending quite a lot of time on these old games because they're quite addictive (mainly on age of empires 2 mind) and lately my friends and I have been playing skirmishes with and against each other. It works fine on Windows 7 (32 bit and 64 bit) except for a colour issue. I'm happy with the product.

One comment suggests this is the original age of empires collector's edition with 4 cd's IT IS NOT it is the ubisoft exlusive one cd version not a happy buyer they obviously use a fake picture to portray you are buying original box set.
